Box Jumps
This week on CFI Weightlifting, we are starting a new cycle. In this cycle our focus will be more on the second pull and explosion that we should give to the bar in that hip contact. As a result we will have to work from the boxes and we will add some more accessories like box jumps. Which will help us being more explosiv/agresiv on the snatch and clean & jerk.
