Our gym’s teen fitness programme is founded on two primary goals.
The first goal is to help our teens develop a love for health and fitness that lasts into adulthood. Studies show that exposing our adolescents to fitness can build strong bones and muscles, control weight, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and reduce the risk of developing health conditions.
Our second goal is to build strength to protect our teens from sport-related injuries. Building strength is a crucial part of keeping our teens’ developing bodies safe.

Our tees CrossFitters develop strength in movement patterns that help prevent injury in other sports for long term health and wellbeing.
Healthy habits
Our CrossFit Teens classes help young people develop positive, healthy habits and confidence to help tackle life's challenges.
Fun, Engaging Workouts
Our Teens enjoy a variety of CrossFit movements, from lifting barbells to climbing ropes and swinging from rings.
Small Group Sizes
With no more than 6-10 teens per session, each participant receives the personalised coaching and support they need.
