Our main program designed for busy adults, CrossFit combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements to keep you strong, fit, and healthy. Every session is fully coached, and we tailor the intensity to match your fitness level. Group sizes are kept small, typically 8-12 people, to ensure you get personalised attention. Personal Training
Available throughout the day, personal training is perfect for beginners, those returning to fitness, or anyone with specific fitness goals or injuries. You can work with a Personal Trainer of your choosing, and schedule sessions at times that suit you best.

For those looking to improve their barbell technique and strength, we offer specialised Olympic weightlifting classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Hone in on the Clean and Jerk and Snatch in a welcoming environment, supported by expert coaches.
Teens Classes
If you’re looking for Teens fitness in Sandyford, our CrossFit Teens classes provides a strength and conditioning programme specifically tailored for teens. Designed to build confidence and teach safe, effective movement techniques, these CrossFit Teens classes run twice a week and are the perfect introduction to CrossFit for young people.
