CrossFit is the most fun way we know to get fit! Our hour long classes coach you on a variety of movements to get you as fit as possible while also keeping you as healthy as possible. They’re coached to ensure you continually get fitter without breaking you down along the way.
For some of us, we need to increase muscle mass and build our strength up. For others, it’s just enjoyable to change up programming and play with some barbells. Our Strength classes use our special “Fungarian” approach to ensure great results and great sessions along the way.
