Is CrossFit just for the young and the super fit?

Absolutely not! This is a common misconception that CrossFit is only for people who are already fit and strong. Back in the early days of CrossFit, HQ promoted it as elite fitness and used by military personnel.

At CrossFit Ireland, we’re for overall fitness, health and happiness. Most of us are busy parents or professionals, who either want to get back in shape or improve ourselves as we go into our 40s, 50s and beyond.

We use weights for muscle building, bodyweight movements for our joint health and flexibility, and cardio for our heart health and body composition. Everything is done at a pace that leaves you feeling envirogated, not beaten down!

And we make sure you’re as comfortable as can be when you start, either through a personalised consultation, small group or one to one training.
