-Stay grounded in the present. Too much time focusing on the past or the future is wasted energy. What can you do right now to make you happier and make your life better?

-A funnier way of saying this is “If you’ve one foot in the past and one foot in the future, you’re pissing on the present”

-Stop a wiggle your toes and it will bring you back to the moment.

“Are you interested or are you committed?”

-If you’re interested you’ll do things when it suits you. If you’re committed you’ll be relentless and do it regardless of circumstances.

-Yes, it’s ‘easier said than done’ but everything worthwhile is easier said than done!
