We call this “The Single-Double” Drill, and it teaches us to keep our jump the same when we go from a single under to a double under.

Imagine yourself jumping on a mini trampoline, and use that as a mental image while you jump.
This drill helps engrain proper movement patterns and prevents common errors such as dolphin kicking, tuck jumps, and butt kicks.
