You’ve 64 lunges and 50 box steps to get through first.

Pace these like a 1.5 mile run or row (it took Colm 6:37 and A-J 6:48)

Fast HSPU if you get there, once they slow down to a grind you’ve cost yourself reps.

There’ll be lactic acidy ouchie painy during the lunges and box step ups, try to ignore it. There’ll be the same in the the hspu, try to listen to it 😉
