We know changing your nutrition on your own can be tough. There’s a lot of ingrained habits that can be difficult to overcome. That’s why we’re leaning into the group support and a little competitive element with our 6-week challenge.
The challenge is based around the ideal plate for health and body composition: 1/4 protein, 1/4 carbs, and 1/2 colourful fruit/veg.

In addition to making our breakfast, lunch and dinner in line with the ideal plate, we’ll also add in points for staying hydrated, ensuring our snacks don’t derail our progress, and eating mindfully so we don’t over consume.
