Mary & Gay – Too Old for CrossFit?
Mary and Gay thought they weren’t able for CrossFit, and it took a bit of persuading to try “Geriatric CrossFit” (dad’s words!)

Gay noticed he’d a lot of complaints before training with CFI, which have reduced significantly, along with his waistline!
Mary’s posture, flexibility and energy have all improved significantly.
What they like most is how understanding the coach has been, and how they can work at their level. Turns out CFI isn’t as “whacky” as she thought!
Senior Strength classes run every Monday & Wednesday at 10am.
