Position work, improves technique by practicing various positions, ie: pauses below the knee, above the knee, to allow lifters to refine their technique and form, leading to better overall performance in the snatch and clean & jerk.

It also allows for strength development 💪🏼 Different positions target different muscle groups, helping to build overall strength and power throughout the lift.
