Snatch or Clean & Jerk?

These are the two lifts in Olympic weightlifting but they challenge your body in very different ways.

🏋🏼‍♀️The snatch is all about speed, precision, and mobility.

🏋🏻‍♂️The clean & jerk allows you to lift heavier, but demands strength and control.

Both are needed for building strength, power & full body coordination. That’s why we train both. Each develops qualities the other can’t on its own.
