Each Friday we post in our private WhatsApp group celebrating our members achievements and progress. Very often you can dismiss your accomplishments in the gym as “not that impressive” or unfavourably compare yourself to others.

Much like a baby learning to walk, we all respond well to acknowledgement and encouragement, so it’s great to take stock each week of how well you’ve done.
