
We’re nearly fifty percent of the way through 2024. You may be super happy with your fitness progress so far, or you may be feeling like you’re worse off than you were in January.
I’m not one for David Goggins style hype, telling you to drop all excuses and just find a way. I know that can be motivating for some people. For so many, it’s just shaming. I don’t know your circumstances and what other demands there are on your time and your energy. It’s not 100% on you whether you reach your goals or not, and to ignore the environmental factors is doing yourself a disservice.
I also get that for a lot of people, exercise hasn’t been a fun or rewarding activity. You know it’ll help, but it doesn’t feel good, maybe the trainers you’ve had before haven’t been empathetic, and you have felt disappointed the results didn’t match your effort.
If you do have a goal and haven’t found a way to success, or you haven’t enjoyed working out previously, or maybe you really do need to do something for your health as it’s having a big impact on your life, let’s have a chat.
