
What was your goal when you did our course?
I was looking to get into a routine of regular exercise that didn’t require much mental effort, I just needed to make sure I showed up.
What did you like most about it?
Small group size and attentive coaching to make sure I was using best possible technique. I wasn’t familiar with a lot of the exercises but I never felt likely to injure myself doing one wrong.
What made you stay?
I think the best way to explain why I stayed is because it was easy to. Fitness isn’t one of the main things I focus on in my life, so I don’t want to dedicate much mental energy to it. But it is important enough that I want to keep up.
What advice would you give to someone thinking about starting?
Don’t think too hard about it. The intro course is an easy way to decide if it’s for you. If your worries start slower and lighter, and see what feels good. The regularity is more important than the intensity.
