I don’t get a whole lot of time to train during the week as I work some pretty unsocial hours so the intense nature of CrossFit means that once I drag my ass down to the gym 2-3 a week I’ll see results. Big return on any time invested.

I train with CFI because they’re the best, all the coaches can hold their own both physically, and from a mentoring point of view. Also they will hunt you down if you are missing more than a week. Complete opposite to gyms that rely on people not showing up. As well as this I respect the emphasis they put on developing their staff ,acknowledging when somethings not working as it should and how they can fix it. Humble in the pursuit of the best customer experience. Great job guys.
