A Skill-Session is a 30-minute one-to-one private training session where we can break down your movement (toes to bar, rope climbs, snatch, squat, etc.) and provide you with specific technical cues and “homework” for you to improve an area of your fitness.
Skill sessions are a great way to develop your confidence in your fitness and your ability to improve.
