I think a common misconception about CrossFit is that it’s only for the already super fit, those who are naturally athletic or just love to torture themselves.

Well, I’m definitely not someone who you would consider athletic and I was my most unfit when I joined the gym. I’m really proud of the progress I’ve made over the past months and am just delighted that I’m still genuinely enjoying going to the gym. This has been something I’ve been trying to achieve for years – to be consistent about my fitness.

CrossFit Ireland has been a completely new gym experience. The classes are so varied and dynamic that you’ll never be bored. The coaches are always watching out for you and are always encouraging you to push yourself that little bit further. The atmosphere in the gym is great, there’s always banter to be had and everyone rallies around to support one another other.
