Fitness – gassy, high heart rate, good for fat loss, heart/lung health, endorphins against depression. Overdo it and you’ve burnout, adrenal fatigue
Strength – necessary for life, odd objects important for smaller muscles, “life” demands.
Skills – often ignored because pay off takes longer. Agility/balance/coordination going to be a major factor in old age. Right now, it’s joint health. Joint health determines how strong/fit you can get.
