Small Changes, Big Results

We’ve all heard the expression that a journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.

We’re quick to dismiss these small steps (in our nutrition) when we want to see drastic results (in our body composition.)

Small changes add up, and one percent better or one percent worse over time leads to massively different end points.

So…
Instead of “full fat” coke, drink diet coke.
Instead of 2 cans, drink 1 can.
Instead of always eating a takeaway, try one home cooked meal. Just one.

Layer these small changes on top of one another and before you know it there’s a huge shift in your habits and outcomes.
