Intensity can be simplifies as meaning expending more effort than you think you can sustain, so it’s personal to you.

By doing so, you ensure you continue to burn fat after exercise, and not just during.

Improved fitness only happens outside our comfort zone. And finally, when we give 100% effort, we release all those feel good endorphins, which is the whole point of exercise, right? 🙂
