Step One: Set Aside 30 Minutes

Here we’ll get to know you: what your goals are; where you are now; how best to get you there; and any concerns you have.
Step Three: On Ramp
If you’re new to CrossFit, or haven’t exercised in some time, we start with five 30-minute personal training sessions. Here we’ll introduce you to the movements of CrossFit and the lingo, working at your pace, and building up your fitness along the way. You’ll generally do your 5 sessions over the course of 2 weeks.
Step Four: Group Class
Once you’ve completed your On Ramp, you’ll start group classes in CrossFit Ireland. You’ll still receive the same coaching and support as in your personal sessions, but now you’ve the fun and camaraderie of the group. We’ll continue to build your fitness level, as everyone adjusts the workout to their goals.
