CrossFit Intimidating?

CrossFit workouts can look tough, or intimidating, or impossible at first glance. As they’re written up, they’re designed to be the most challenging version of the workout. From there, your coach always adjusts the written workout into YOUR workout, to suit your fitness levels and the aim of the session. And when you come out the other side, your fitness has improved and you’re more confident taking on more challenges.
