Don’t go to failure on this one – if the weight is heavy or the TTB are a lot, break them up early OR take the rest that allows you to go unbroken.

This is a big mental challenge. Plenty of rest/transition time which allows you to convince yourself not to pick the weight up or jump up on the pull up bar.

Telling yourself you can always do another rep is key here!
