Comparison?

Why you shouldn’t compare yourself to others online?

For starters, It’s not the full picture!
What you see online is just the best parts of someone’s journey. You’re only seeing their highlights, not the hard work, struggles, or setbacks they went through.

Secondly, different bodies, different Results! Everyone’s body responds differently to training. What works for one person might not work for you, and that’s okay. Focus on your own progress, not someone else’s results.

And most importantly, confidence!
Constantly comparing yourself can mess with your confidence. Instead of looking at others, look at how far you’ve come. Every bit of progress is a win! 💙
