Great test, as one we didn’t see coming seeing as it was used in the 2017 Age Group Online Qualifier. We also now can start (almost) ruling out other workouts as The 2019 CrossFit Open continues.

For most of us, this is an 8 minute workout

High Pace – LOW REST: This part is key. Short breaks are going to determine your score.

We recommend 5 toes to bar with 5 seconds rest

Singles on the clean. Again the rest time will determine your score. Stay on the platform!
