Or Derek, who has rebuilt his back after serious injury and rebuilt the bodies of many others who’ve felt they could never recover from injury/illness, Or Sam (Ireland’s highest ranked CrossFit athlete) has a competitive edge to bring out the best performance in you. Or Madie, our dedicated On Ramp coach, who will guide you through your first sessions with us and introduce you to the CrossFit movements so you are ready to join group classes.

We have an evidence based approach to goal setting, with the fun name of WOOP (Wish | Outcome | Obstacle | Plan)! Very often we think of our goals and look only at the finish line, without planning for how we’ll overcome the hurdles. We make sure you’re ready for the roadblocks on the way to your goals.

The process sets the path for you, the awesome facility and the supportive team makes the journey itself enjoyable. Our purpose built gym is bright, spacious, and filled with the best equipment to keep your training interesting and enjoyable.

But the real magic is in the supportive team of people you’ll share your fitness journey with. They’ll celebrate your wins, help you during your struggles and bring out your self belief and best self!

A combination of Colm & Dereks training & diet tips has lead me to lose about 4 stone in the last few months, on top of building muscle which is just as important… They  genuinely ask how you are and are genuinely concerned, it’s just the kind of personal touch you wont really find anywhere else.

Happiness is the ultimate goal. And it’s not on the other side of achievement. Happiness to us is a practice we get to do do daily, and can act like rocket fuel towards all our other goals. We can work daily on our gratitude, take time to acknowledge and savour our progress and build supportive relationships. This is why we’ll also make a bunch of jokes in training, we understand how important laughter is for stress relief, social bonding, and feeling good!
