Most people start their journey in CrossFit Ireland with personal training. Personal training guides you from “what’s a gym?” to the highest level of fitness you can imagine, and then some. Through one on one attention we can help you overcome your fears of “not being fit enough” for CrossFit. For the more experienced exerciser, personal training provides an option of reaching a new level of your fitness.
